Cameras on, everyone says hi.
Six faces, mine included. Mics open. Nobody gets to be a black square with a name on it.
I'm Lalain. I teach teenagers live on Zoom, in small groups and one-to-one, and I've been at it since 2021. Six students at most, so everyone talks, and I know every name by the second week. I also run sessions for any group, from classrooms to company teams, and train homeschool parents and teachers.
Workshops and facilitation with
Who are you here for?
Parents looking for a teacher. Groups of any kind looking for a session. Homeschooling parents and teachers who want a few new tricks.

What I offer
Tutoring for teens, sessions for any group, and training for the parents and teachers behind them.
For teens aged 13 to 18
01Two ways to learn with me. A small live group where your teen learns alongside a few others, or one-to-one sessions built entirely around them.
live class on Zoom
For classrooms, teams, clubs and events
02Interactive sessions on the topics young people (and their teachers) actually want to talk about. Everyone participates, nobody reads slides aloud, and there's always something to take away.

For homeschooling parents
03You don't need a teaching degree to homeschool well, but a few teacher tricks help a lot. I share what I use every day teaching teenagers online, plus how to use AI to save hours of planning.

For schools, microschools and tutors
04Practical training from someone who teaches live every week. No theory lectures. Teachers try everything themselves and leave with something they can use on Monday.

What my lessons feel like
Three things a parent notices in the first fortnight.
Live, every time
No pre-recorded videos. A person who notices when you're lost, and says so kindly.
Small enough to be seen
Groups of six or fewer. Nobody disappears into the back row, because there isn't one.
Kind, with high expectations
A friendly room that still expects your best work. Those two things get along fine.
Sessions for any group
Interactive, online or in person, as a single session or a series.

A note to parents
Hi,
Most evenings I'm on Zoom with teenagers on the other side of the world. I've taught them everything from homework they were dreading to how to pitch a business idea to a room of fifteen-year-olds who'd rather be anywhere else. For about ten minutes. Then something clicks.
The click I love most is when a teen stops asking “is this on the test?” and starts asking “wait, can I try that?” That's the moment I teach for.
My groups are small on purpose. By the second week I know your teen's name, how they like to learn, and exactly what they're stuck on.
If you'd like to see me teach first, tell me you're interested in a free trial class. No card details, no pushy follow-up. Just a lesson.
